The Museum will offer free admission from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. thanks to the sponsorship from the New York Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association and the New York Thoroughbred Breeders. There will be complimentary coffee and doughnuts courtesy of Stewart’s Shops and water courtesy of Saratoga Spring Water. The morning’s activities will include a celebration for the upcoming 150th anniversary of the birthdate of Hall of Fame trainer James “Sunny Jim” Fitzsimmons and a demonstration by the Saratoga Clay Arts group. There will be a handicapping seminar by Tom Amello of Trackfacts and a showing of the documentary film Mill Reef: A Legacy of Heart.
