The Museum will not be available for weddings until the fall of 2020 due to renovations to the Hall of Fame Gallery.

Located across from the historic Saratoga Race Course, the oldest operating track in the country, and minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, NY, the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame is a beautiful and unique location for your wedding. The Sculpture Gallery has beautiful windows looking out into the courtyard, the natural lighting makes a beautiful space for a ceremony or wedding reception. Rent out the entire museum for your reception and guests will have beautiful galleries to tour during your event. The Museum is available for engagement parties, wedding receptions, ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, showers and anniversary parties!

The Museum has space available during regular Museum hours for your next business meeting, seminar, breakfast, or luncheon in Saratoga Springs, NY.

The Museum's library and von Stade Gallery both offer a great space suitable for small business meetings.  

The Library and von Stade Gallery are available for $1,000.00 for three hours during regular Museum hours (9 am to 5 pm)

The Hall of Fame Gallery will not be available until the fall of 2020.

The Museum has great rental spaces available for your next dinner event in Saratoga Springs, NY.  The Hall of Fame contains plaques commemorating all of our Hall of Fame horses, trainers, and jockeys.

Our Hall of Fame Gallery has a large theater space which is perfect for dinners, seminars, fundraisers, class reunions and more. Pricing for three hours is $3,000.00 and the space can accommodate approximately 150 people. Available after Museum hours or included with the entire Museum rental.

Comprising large bronze statues, silver trophies, a starting gate, and colorful banners that honor the Triple Crown Champions of racing, the Sculpture Gallery overlooks Union Avenue and the Museum’s courtyard (featuring the famous Secretariat bronze by John Skeaping). Excellent space for small cocktail and wedding receptions.

The HorsePlay! Gallery will not be available for Birthday Parties until the fall of 2020. 

Make your child’s birthday an extraordinary one with an exclusive party room in the HorsePlay! Gallery at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame!​ Among the highlights of this interactive gallery is a barn with a hayloft, a rubber floor featuring both the hoofprints of a thoroughbred and footprints of a jockey, and many expanded hands-on exhibits. Children can groom a life-sized horse, explore the many different shoes a thoroughbred may wear, dress in jockey attire and investigate objects related to the many careers associated with horse racing.  

Rental fee is $200 and includes:

  • Exclusive use of the HorsePlay! Gallery for two hours​
  • Happy Birthday banner
  • Color sheets with crayons
  • One-eight foot children’s table
  • 12 child size chairs
  • Free admission to the Museum for up to 12 children and two adults

Restrictions:

  • Food and drink must stay inside the HorsePlay! Gallery
  • Maximum 12 children per party
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • HorsePlay! Gallery is available during regular Museum hours
  • HorsePlay! Gallery is not available during the Saratoga racing season
