Sculpture Gallery
The center of the Sculpture Gallery is the only area of the Museum in which art is exposed to natural light and is therefore best suited for bronzes and trophies from the Permanent Collection. Featured artists in this gallery include: June Harrah, Herbert Haseltine, Marilyn Newmark, Jim Reno, John Skeaping, and Eleanor Iselin Wade, among others. Two jockey scales are on display within this space, one of which dates back to the 1860-1880 period of racing at Saratoga Race Course. The Sculpture Gallery also features a spectacular view of the Museum's inner courtyard and the Secretariat bronze by John Skeaping.
